Cameron Maxwell

Cameron Maxwell is currently serving as the Asset Care Improvement Lead (Bioenergy) at Diageo since September 2024. Cameron has also taken on the roles of Brand Ambassador and Saltire Scholar within the Saltire Scholar Programme since June 2023, contributing to technical solutions for SharkNinja's product development. Prior experience includes the position of Product Design Engineer at SharkNinja, where Cameron progressed over eight projects and conducted extensive data acquisition studies in thermal distribution and air speed optimisation. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, Cameron developed a loss analysis system for secondary coffee bean extraction. Leadership experience includes serving as Chair of Parliament for Heriot-Watt University Student Union, promoting transparency and student engagement, and acting as an Engineering Marketing Advisor at Heriot-Watt University. Educational accomplishments encompass a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with Energy Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, along with a Diploma of Education in Industrial Training and an extensive educational background from Dunfermline High School.
