Madeleine Niebauer

Madeleine Niebauer is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. As the Founder and CEO of vChief since April 2016, Niebauer has been pivotal in providing flexible executive staffing solutions. Niebauer has also served as Membership Chair for the EO Chicago Chapter since May 2022, and was a founding team member and Chief of Staff at The Braven Accelerator from June 2013 to September 2017, overseeing the startup operations of this nonprofit organization. Prior roles include Vice President of Strategy, Learning, and Operations at Teach For America, where Niebauer developed public affairs strategies and managed significant budgets, and Consultant at The Bridgespan Group. Niebauer holds an MBA in Management and Social Enterprise from Columbia Business School and a BA with honors from Stanford University.
