Alpha Epsilon Delta
Pramiti Sankar is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Brain and Cognitive Science and Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in May 2025. As an active member of Alpha Epsilon Delta since January 2022, Pramiti serves as the Membership Chair and holds roles in the Membership Committee. In parallel, involvement with NeuroTech at UIUC as a Research and Apply Team Member has been ongoing since September 2021. Pramiti is also the Vice President of Philanthropy for Beta Alpha Psi - Alpha Chapter and has served various positions there until December 2024. Experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Technician at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders and as a Clinical Research Assistant in the Nutrition and Human Microbiome Lab, among other research roles. Previous leadership includes serving as a Student Executive for the Bay Area Society for Neuroscience Youth Chapter and holding a Senior Girl Scout position. Additional internships at Polygence and Anatomage Inc. further highlight Pramiti's commitment to research and community service.

Alpha Epsilon Delta, a National Premedical Honor Society founded in 1926, is dedicated to the encouragement and recognition of excellence in preprofessional health scholarship, including medicine, dentistry, veterinary, and others. The Society welcomes all students engaged in the pursuit of a professional healthcare career. AED offers opportunities for intellectual and professional development, provides a forum for students with common interests, and extends a program of service to benefit the college/university community.
