Betsy Kapfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy, client engagement, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Head of Growth and Client Engagement at Tower CFO since May 2024, Betsy drives business growth and builds client relationships by providing strategic financial insights and operational support. As a Chapter Coordinator for the Entrepreneurs' Organization since January 2022, Betsy ensures that events align with the organization’s mission of growth and community through diligent management of web content and event execution.
