Brent Orsuga

Brent Orsuga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the logistics and recruiting sectors, currently serving as the Founder of Pinnacle Growth Advisors since May 2014, focusing on talent advisory for rapidly growing logistics companies. In addition to this role, Brent is involved with the Entrepreneurs' Organization's Arizona Chapter, aiming to support diverse business leaders. Previous positions include Vice President of Recruiting at Opportunity Brokers, where Brent helped businesses grow within the Freight and Logistics industry, and Director of Agent Recruiting at GlobalTranz, where a record number of agents were secured. Earlier experience includes roles at TRU Media, Govig & Associates, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, contributing to corporate growth and high sales performance. Brent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University.
