Luciano Silvestrini

Luciano Silvestrini is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in the media and beauty industries. As the CEO and Founder of Pink Mask Group since January 2020, Luciano leads a dynamic organization dedicated to creating niche beauty brands that inspire and empower consumers globally. Additionally, Luciano co-founded Bullcenzo Real State in January 2020 and became a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization in October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Foton.Pictures and Director of Finance & Operations at Foton., where Luciano was involved in the development and production of high-quality audiovisual content. Luciano holds an Engineer’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and completed a study abroad program in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
