Tommy Weinert is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. As the Founder of Mount Indie since July 2018, Tommy focuses on identifying and hiring cleared professionals, leveraging extensive industry knowledge to deliver qualified candidates efficiently. Tommy also serves as an EOA Coach and Mentor with the Entrepreneurs' Organization, and is a Customer Advisory Board Member at ClearanceJobs. As a co-host and producer of the TEL Podcast, and a speaker and contributing blogger at SourceCon, Tommy actively engages in thought leadership within the recruitment community. Past roles include National Director of Talent Operations and Recruitment at Salient CRGT, where Tommy led comprehensive recruiting strategies across various business units and managed significant contracts for the Department of Defense. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Arizona.
