Christina Baker has over 12 years of work experience in Operations and Client Services. Christina started their career in 2008 as a Global Imports Account Manager for Gourmet Fusion Foods, Inc. In 2010, they joined GoldMax USA as a Store Manager, and was quickly promoted to District Sales & Operations Manager and then Senior Regional Sales & Operations Manager. In 2014, they moved to Marcus & Millichap as an Operations Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at The Leets Consortium as Vice President of Operations & Client Services and Senior Director of Operations & Client Services. In 2019, they founded Pear Coaches and also worked as an Operations Manager for HopSkipDrive and a Senior Operations Consultant for Tangerine Creative Agency. In 2021, they joined Thought Leaders Institute as Head of Operations & Client Success, and in 2022 they were appointed as Sr. Manager of Client Operations at Entromy.

Christina Baker has a diverse educational background. Christina has completed coursework in Psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles, Social Sciences at Crafton Hills College, and Life Coaching at the Life Coach Training Institute.
