Jill Kappesser Tracy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jill is currently the Director of Private Equity and Partnerships at Entromy since December 2022. Jill Kappesser Tracy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Siena College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their college education, there is no available information about their educational background. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1998, Jill became a DDI Facilitator through Development Dimensions International (DDI). Later, in 2005, they received a certification in E-Learning Instructional Design from the American Society for Training & Development. Most recently, in May 2022, they obtained a Prosci Certification from Prosci.
