Jill Kappesser Tracy

Jill Kappesser Tracy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jill is currently the Director of Private Equity and Partnerships at Entromy since December 2022. Before that, they founded and served as a Business Strategist at Together in Biz since 2008, where they helped self-driven women entrepreneurs integrate their business strategies with well-functioning systems for optimal performance and competitive advantage. Their expertise lies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, and facilitation.

Jill also worked as an Associate Director of Change Management & Adoption Center of Excellence at Parexel from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of a Consultant in Learning & Organizational Development at UNC Health Care from January 2020 to March 2021.

Jill Tracy has experience in the performing arts as well, having worked as an Assistant Director, Stage Manager, and Actor at the Cultural Center Community Theater from July 2014 to January 2020. Jill briefly worked as a Business Development Manager at PassionIT Group, Inc. from January 2019 to June 2019.

During their tenure at Quintiles, they served as an Associate Director of Training, Knowledge Management, and later as a Manager of Global Leadership Development. In these roles, they supported training, communication, and adoption efforts for various internal teams and provided leadership development programs for executives and leaders in North America, Canada, Latin America, and other global locations.

Jill Tracy has also contributed to community organizations, serving on the Board of Directors as the VP for the Triangle Organization Network from January 2012 to January 2014. Additionally, they played an active role in The Queens Foundation, a statewide nonprofit organization focused on developing and promoting underserved young women's potential in higher education and leadership.

Jill Kappesser Tracy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Siena College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their college education, there is no available information about their educational background. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1998, Jill became a DDI Facilitator through Development Dimensions International (DDI). Later, in 2005, they received a certification in E-Learning Instructional Design from the American Society for Training & Development. Most recently, in May 2022, they obtained a Prosci Certification from Prosci.
