Paolo C. has over 10 years of work experience, beginning in 2011 as an Art Director at Double Jungle. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at STAGIONE Pty Ltd as a Business Development Manager. In 2019, they joined Wine Selectors as a Sales Agent before moving on to Oneflare as an Account Manager from May to September 2020. Paolo then joined Menulog as a Sales Manager Regional Business Development for Australia and New Zealand until May 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Strategy at Entropica Labs, starting from June 2023.

Paolo C. obtained a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Bridge Business College from 2008 to 2010. They also received numerous certifications such as being an Advanced PSYCH-K Facilitator from PSYCH-K® in June 2021, Mental Fitness Coach Program Cohort 12 from Positive Intelligence in December 2022, and Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy in February 2020. Additionally, they have obtained various coaching and leadership certifications from different institutions such as Australian Institute of Management, Authentic Education, and LinkedIn throughout the years 2020 to 2022.
