Damon Hickman

Damon Hickman, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the Electric Utilities Southeast Region at ENTRUST Solutions Group since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the growth of the Southeast Joint Use Team, managing team workloads and budgets, and strategizing with business development for client growth. Prior roles at ENTRUST include Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer, focusing on project management and team integration for multiple clients, particularly in the utility sector. Previously, Damon worked at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from September 2018 to March 2021 as a Project Engineer, managing numerous projects across various engineering disciplines and being recognized for significant project completions. Damon holds an MBA from The University of Findlay and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Akron.
