Frank Flynn

Frank Flynn has extensive experience in outage planning, serving as a Manager for both Energy Initiatives Group and EN Engineering since early 2009. Flynn holds a Master of Science degree in Power Systems Management, with a focus on Electrical Power Systems: Transmission & Distribution, earned from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2003 and 2005.
