Kevin Kliland

Kevin Kliland has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Software Developer at Ericsson in 1994, where they worked on C, C++, and Java programming for ATM development and telephony projects. In 1999, they became a Technical Total Project Leader at Ericsson, leading various projects until 2001.

In 2001, Kevin founded Paradial and served as the CEO until 2006. During this time, they developed the core product idea and patented a way to make IP telephony work on all networks and firewalls. From 2006 to 2007, they were also the Product Director at Wergeland Asset Holding AS, responsible for the product roadmap, marketing, and sales.

From 2008 to 2009, Kevin worked as a Product Director at Colibria, where they were responsible for a joint product developed with Syniverse, enabling IM and Presence Interconnect between operators. Kevin then joined Intech AS as a Consultant from 2008 to 2009.

In 2009, Kevin became a Product Manager at Phonect AS, handling various responsibilities such as pricing, new services, partner management, and market positioning. Kevin also served as the CEO of YellowRate AS from 2011 to 2014, overseeing the company's operations.

From 2011 to 2015, Kevin worked as an Advisor at Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus before taking on the role of Head of the Software Development section from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they led software development and integration activities, including web development, RPA automation, and BI/data warehouse projects.

Most recently, Kevin joined Entur AS in 2018 as a Senior Programmer.

Kevin Kliland attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Cybernetics. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution from 1991 to 1993, obtaining a Master of Science degree, specifically in Informatics and Numerical Modelling.
