Sushana Taunk

Sushana Taunk has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2013. Sushana began their career as a Project Trainee (Intern) at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on a project aimed at designing a standardized format/template for some of the key healthcare industry processes, procedures, formats & templates at National Level pertaining to Provider, Diagnostics and Payer. In 2014, they moved to HCL Technologies as a Healthcare Business Analyst. In 2016, they joined Praxify Technologies, Inc. as a Business Analyst. In 2017, they started at athenahealth as a Product Operations Associate, eventually becoming a Senior Product Operations Associate and Senior Product Analyst. In 2020, they joined Entytle, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager and has since held roles as Senior Manager - User Engagement and Product Operations and Manager - User Engagement & Product Operations.

Sushana Taunk completed a Bachelor of Sciences in Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Zoology from Christ University, Bangalore in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Sacred Heart Convent in Jamshedpur from 1995 to 2009. In 2014, they obtained an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences. In 2021, they completed a Mixpanel x Servian Product Analytics Mastery Course from Mixpanel.
