Your Role:

As an Advance Development Expert, you will lead projects that focus on the development of new technologies and processes. You will collaborate across various departments to translate innovative ideas into operational strategies and ensure their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications and technologies aligned with the company’s innovation strategy.
• Build strong, close relationships with customers, managing and leading complex projects independently.
• Act as the technical expert for customer discussions, challenging and influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Translate customer needs into actionable development projects and material solutions.
