IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR
As a Customer Data Engineer at Envalior, you are subject matter expert and trusted advisor within the IT Marketing and sales domain. Together with the Chapter Lead and business stakeholders, you will design & engineer information solutions to maximize business value by combining existing and new technologies (like CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation and Email Automation platforms) focused on improving our customer experience and monetization of marketing and sales data.
You will make key contributions to Envalior
- Develop information solutions to business problems by making use of digital (emerging) technologies (like AI) in combination with existing solutions (like CDP, CRM and Marketing Automation platforms).
- Discover and leverage best practice processes and technologies by informing and educating business stakeholders and users of value added.
- Stimulate leverage of and building data pipelines for both new and existing platforms.
- Streamlining customer data flows by simplifying, automating and eliminating waste.
- Research the latest developments in your domain, and assess the feasibility for application within Envalior and assess the impact on existing information solutions or requirements for new developments.
- Create unified customer profiles based on cross platform first party data that allows visitor segmentation which can be utilized by the marketing and sales departments.
- Orchestrate and build a cross-channel customer lifecycle to create individualized and personalized experiences for our target audiences.
- Facilitate design workshops to define the functional solution, as well as scope the detailed functional requirements and estimated budget in close collaboration with the business product or project owner.
- Ensure the design of IT solutions complies with internal requirements and adheres to the security and architecture requirements of IT, while also validating the build of solutions against those same principles.
- Support internal stakeholders with a hands-on mentality for those technologies within the expertise.
- Engage with Envaliors’ Global Key Users and business process owners on how the use of Customer Data Platforms could be further improved and/or leveraged.
- Develop proposals for changes with required actions, planning and effort estimates.
- Advice users in the correct use of the available solutions either via personal or virtual engagements.
