Luc Lenaerts is currently serving as the Manufacturing Excellence Integration Manager at Envalior since November 2023. Previously, Luc Lenaerts spent over 32 years at DSM, holding various leadership roles including Operational Excellence Champion M&T, Asset Care Manager, and Continuous Improvement Program Manager, where responsibilities included driving the DSM integrated continuous improvement journey and operational efficiency across manufacturing sites in Europe. Other notable positions included Improvement Program Manager, Reliability Improvement Manager, and Maintenance and Operations Improvement Engineer, focusing on enhancing overall equipment effectiveness and implementing maintenance strategies. Earlier in Luc Lenaerts’ career, positions were held at Philips Benelux as a Technical Specialist and at Ford Motor Company as a Technical Support Intern.
