Sven Reynaert

Sven Reynaert is an experienced manufacturing and process manager with a strong background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager at Envalior since January 2020, Sven leads a production team of approximately 180 full-time employees, overseeing all aspects of plant operations, logistics, and quality control. Prior experience includes roles as Process Manager at Oleon, where Sven managed a team of process engineers and was responsible for production reporting and process optimization, and as Team Leader of Process Engineering at INEOS, contributing to energy coordination and site management. Sven's early career includes visiting research roles at the University of Delaware and Atofina, while educational qualifications include a Doctor in de Ingenieurswetenschappen from KU Leuven and specialization in safety management from Antwerp Management School.
