Diego Emiliano Rodea Ruano

Diego Emiliano Rodea Ruano serves as a Machine Learning Engineer at Envato since December 2020, focusing on the development and deployment of advanced machine learning algorithms, particularly in the areas of computer vision, generative AI, and recommender systems. In addition, Diego co-founded NANTO in June 2017, specializing in the creation and manufacture of hydrophobic coatings using nanotechnology, where responsibilities include management of administrative, financial, and marketing functions, as well as research involvement. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara in 2019, contributing to a project on the synthesis and characterization of nanowires. Diego's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from ITESO, a Post Graduate Program in AI and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business, and an ongoing Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
