Yunuen Espinoza

Yunuen Espinoza has extensive experience in human resources management and people leadership roles. Yunuen currently holds the position of People Director at Envato since April 2022. Prior to this, Yunuen worked as a Human Resources Lead at The Ksquare Group from June 2021 to March 2022. Yunuen also held the role of Senior Human Resources Associate at the same company from February 2020 to June 2021, where they implemented a performance review system and collaborated on app design.

Before joining The Ksquare Group, Yunuen served as a Human Resources Manager at Romo Paillés, S.C. from August 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they created a new performance appraisal and talent mapping scheme, as well as designed the employee experience journey.

Yunuen's earlier experiences include working as a Human Capital Manager at De La Riva Group from June 2016 to July 2018, where they achieved successful talent attraction and increased job satisfaction. Yunuen also served as a Psychological Strategies Officer at Secretaria de Marina from October 2012 to June 2016, where they designed strategies related to talent development and organizational values.

Prior to that, Yunuen worked as a Supervisor of the Psychological Area at Secretaría de la Contraloría General from January 2010 to September 2012. In this role, they were responsible for attraction, selection, and assessment of employees. Yunuen also collaborated on cases of misuse of public service, providing reliable information for resolution.

Yunuen Espinoza's education history begins in 2007 when they obtained a Diploma in Psychiatry from Centro Médico Siglo XXI, Pharmed Solutions. In 2012, they furthered their education by completing a program in International Certified Executive Coaching and TeamWork from Tecnológico de Monterrey. During the same year, they also became an Executive Coach after obtaining a certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Moving forward, from 2015 to 2017, Yunuen pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Capital Management from Universidad La Salle, A.C. Lastly, in 2021, they completed a Continuing Education Certificate program in People Analytics from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Alongside their formal education, Yunuen has also obtained additional certifications, including Reid Technique advanced from John E. Reid & Associates, Inc. in November 2014, Kinestesic Interview from D. Gleen Foster in March 2014, and Executive Coach from Tecnológico de Monterrey in May 2012.
