Enveda is looking for a Sr. Director, Clinical Pipeline Operations and Alliance Management to join our team remotely!

The contribution you will make: Are you a natural manager, facilitator and highly collaborative? Are you good at operations and communications? How would you like to be a part of a team that is developing the next generation of medicines that were identified from natural products using machine learning?

You get to collaborate on:

  • Helping build and operationalize the clinical development organization that will be responsible for advancing many novel medicines for approval and use by patients
  • Oversee clinical program management functions
  • Collaborate with the portfolio pipeline team to help articulate the clinical pipeline strategy
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate, investor and board presentations
  • Oversee and organize budgets, headcount and timelines for the clinical org
  • Assist the CMO and Head of Early Development in optimizing the development and strategy of the Enveda pipeline

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Significant experience in operational and alliance management roles in a pharma/biotech or consulting organization
  • Strong operational acumen and ability to organize timelines, budgets and headcount
  • Ability to understand and translate clinical/scientific information
  • Passion for biology and the application of science to the discovery of new medicines
  • Ability to collaborate on strategy while utilizing goals and tactics to bring assets to the clinic and eventually to the market
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (including mastery of Powerpoint, Google slides)
  • Prior experience leading a matrixed cross functional team consisting of representatives from R&D
  • Science Education Background with deep understanding of biotech/pharma
