Kea Alkema

Kea Alkema is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational consultancy, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Strategic Absenteeism Advisor at Enver since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kea worked as an Organizational Consultant at 4Consult B.V. and held various positions that included relationship management at Totaal Transparant Administraties and policy and project coordination at Stichting Welzijn Rijswijk. With a solid foundation in project management, organizational development, and process improvement, Kea has also contributed to research efforts in the healthcare sector and supported transformative initiatives across multiple organizations. Kea holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Governance from Wageningen University & Research.
