Tammy Mullins

Tammy Mullins has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and organizational development. From 1999 to 2008, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Development at Windstream Communications, where they directed human resource management and corporate development activities. Tammy led a team of ten HR professionals and oversaw functions such as employee compensation, performance management, recruitment, training, and policy compliance. Additionally, they managed the employee consolidation for five separate acquisitions. In 2008, they became an Independent Consultant, providing organizational development consulting services. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Need Supply Co. as the Head of HR, and from 2016 to 2017, they were the Director of Human Resources at Totokaelo. Currently, they are the Head of People and Culture at Envera Health, a position they have held since October 2018.

Tammy Mullins holds a Master's Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Tammy also obtained a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida.
