Liesl Vargas

Liesl Vargas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and talent excellence. Liesl has held leadership positions in various companies, including Enverus, Drillinginfo, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, La Quinta Inns & Suites, Omni Hotels, and Wyndham. Vargas served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at these companies. Liesl was also the Vice President of Talent Excellence at Enverus. Throughout their career, Vargas has demonstrated expertise in driving production and investment strategies, reducing costs, and implementing best practices in energy and commodity trading and risk management. Liesl has been a strategic partner to thousands of customers globally.

Liesl Vargas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Liesl later pursued a Masters degree in Nutrition at the University of the Incarnate Word from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Liesl also holds certifications in Inclusive Culture Series from ModelExpand (obtained in 2020) and as a Certified Veteran Recruiter from The Buller Group (obtained in 2013).
