Preston Itie

Preston (Will) Itie is a seasoned paleontologist with a diverse background in paleontological monitoring and resource management, currently serving at Kleinfelder since December 2022. Previous roles include positions at Rincon Consultants, Inc., Redtail Environmental, and Envicom Corporation, focusing on fossil identification and collection, as well as sediment reporting. Additionally, Preston has experience as a paleo-monitor with companies such as Psomas and PaleoWest Archaeology, where responsibilities included paleontological salvage and construction crew monitoring. In the realm of youth counseling, Preston has been associated with Corporate Kids since June 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geological and Earth Sciences from San Diego State University and further studies at UC Santa Barbara.
