Mariska de Bont

Mariska De Bont is a seasoned professional in the nursing and healthcare policy sector with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor for Envida since January 2019, Mariska leads the Excellente Zorg program, aiming to foster a supportive work environment for nurses and caregivers. In addition, Mariska has been a Policy Advisor at Verpleegkundigen & Verzorgenden Nederland since 2006, focusing on district nursing. Previous roles include membership on the PR committee at Oberon and work as a Policy Advisor for the Landelijke Vereniging Wijkverpleegkundigen. Mariska's career began in nursing with positions as a staff member and district nurse at Amsterdam Thuiszorg and Groene Kruis, respectively. Mariska holds advanced degrees in Nursing Science from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
