Michelle Meertens

Michelle Meertens has extensive experience in the nursing field, currently serving as a wijkverpleegkundige at Envida since June 2015, where responsibilities include care coordination and acting as a liaison between healthcare, housing, and community well-being. Prior roles include a registered nurse and nursing student at Sevagram from February 2009 to September 2015, as well as various nursing internships at Maastricht UMC+ from 2010 to 2014. Michelle is advancing education with a Master of Science in Health Innovation at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in July 2024, and has obtained qualifications as an ambassador for wijkverpleegkundige from V&VN and a nursing degree from ROC Leeuwenborgh.
