The role

The role of top personal assistant to enviolo’s CEO involves providing proactive assistance, maintaining a keen attention to detail, and efficiently coordinating tasks from start to finish. This includes anticipating needs, overseeing progress and initiating actions accordingly.

As to this role’s main responsibilities, you can expect:

  • Role of strategic business partner;

  • Complex calendar and time management;

  • Organizing and coordinating travel arrangements, visa, and itineraries;

  • Screening and organizing information, calls and e-mails;

  • Resolving most questions and challenges independently, taking or coordinating the most appropriate action, referring only the most complex issues to higher levels;

  • Streamlining, structuring and ensuring a smooth daily work flow;

  • Preparing, planning and organizing various meetings and calls;

  • Taking minutes, recording action items and decisions, including follow-up control;

  • Delving into processes and procedures;

  • Preparing presentations, e-mails and documents;

  • Further professionalizing the office organization;

  • E-archiving;

  • Performing all other miscellaneous, broad assisting and supporting tasks, as needed.

The ideal candidate

As an energetic professional with an international mindset and high values and standards, you prefer functioning in ‘the eye of the storm’. Passionate about working alongside fast-paced professionals in a dynamic environment, and nimble. You are highly accurate and an expert in the field of connecting people, both within and outside your team and organization. You make sure ‘your’ busy CEOs business life runs as smoothly as possible. You have excellent interpersonal skills and proceed in a structured and well-organized manner. It goes without saying that you are proactive, immune to stress, and a true team player. Half a word is sufficient for you, and you easily place matters into perspective, even during peak load. You have previously demonstrated your ability to handle confidential information, have a great eye for detail, and a well-developed sense of business politics and diplomacy. You have a positive mindset, and show a natural interest in ‘how organizations are designed’. You welcome the opportunity of thinking along with and ahead of your CEO and team, committing yourself to achieving their organizational goals and objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible. Your heart is in business support, and you enjoy giving it your utmost.

The ideal candidate identifies well with the following criteria and competencies:

Criteria

  • Interest in and affinity with Enviolo’s international bicycle-quality world;
  • Education: Preferably pre-university education (VWO), followed by a completed Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Executive Support, Hotel Management or Business Administration;
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a professional environment;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace; tech-savvy;

  • Familiar with innovative trends and pioneering;

  • Familiar with sustainable development (SDGs);

  • Flexible, proactive, and decisive (taking initiative);
