Filomena Cionti

Filomena Cionti has a strong background in human resources and finance, with experience in various managerial roles. Filomena currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Envipco since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Stevanato Group-Balda Medical GmbH as the HR Country Manager from February 2017 to January 2022. Filomena has also held positions such as Corporate Management Development Manager and HR, Controlling and Accounting Plant Manager at Vorwerk & Co., and Financial and HR Manager at Design Partners and Home Decor Innovations. Throughout their career, Filomena has demonstrated expertise in HR management, recruitment, talent development, and finance tasks.

Filomena Cionti completed their education in a chronological order. From 1980 to 1985, they attended Istituto Monforte Milano where they obtained their maturità classica degree in Studi classici e del mondo antico. Following that, they attended Università Statale Milano from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a degree in Giurisprudenza (Jurisprudence).

In addition to their formal education, Filomena Cionti also obtained various certifications. In January 2021, they received the Test WiDaF- Deutsch als Fremdsprache in der Wirtschaft certification from AHK Frankreich / Chambre Franco-Allemande de Commerce et d'Industrie (CFACI), with a German level of B2. In December 2015, they received a certification in Business Simulation Game from Tata Interactive Systems. In November 2015, they obtained the PAPI certification from Cubiks. In October 2014, they completed the Aspiring Leaders Programme from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. Finally, in January 2014, they obtained the PRINCE2™ Foundation in project management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
