Joshua Zalasky

Joshua Zalasky is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Enviri, Joshua has previously held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel and Senior Counsel Manager at Vanguard, as well as Associate Counsel. Earlier in Joshua's career, significant experience was gained as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP and as a Summer Associate at both Sidley Austin LLP and Briggs and Morgan, P.A. Educational qualifications include a law degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University.
