Kathrine Rushefsky

Kathrine Rushefsky has over 20 years of experience in various HR and financial roles. Kathrine most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources Global Services at Enviri, where they were responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of global compensation programs. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of FP&A at Kaplan, where they managed the planning and forecasting processes and presented financial analyses to executive management. Earlier in their career, Kathrine worked at DHL as a Senior Manager of Payroll Accounting and at Spherion in various positions, including Director, where they designed incentive compensation programs and led the implementation of new payroll processes.

Kathrine Rushefsky attended Queen's University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they hold certifications in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education and is a Certified Public Accountant.
