Joe Ditizio

Joe joined EBI Consulting in 2019 and brings 4 years of experience as an Account Executive, and over 1 year of experience as a Director of Operations, primarily focusing on Energy & Sustainability engineering services; such as energy auditing and modeling, commissioning and retro-commissioning, and utility and carbon emissions benchmarking.

As the Associate Director of ESG Client Services, Joe’s responsibilities include working with clients to develop corporate ESG strategies and initiatives to meet ESG goals, developing and deploying new technical services and solutions – across all EBI service groups – for all ESG frameworks and guidelines, and to ensure client success with ESG reporting. He is also experienced in developing corporate sustainability strategies, program and project management, and coordinating with clients to deliver quality services that make business sense. He has worked with various sectors including commercial, life sciences, retail, industrial, restaurants, private and public schools, hospitals, municipality-owned facilities and multi-family housing.

Additionally, Joe has extensive experience with climate risk services and strategy, and with regulatory compliance (transition risk) nationally in the real estate sector; including NYC Local Laws (Climate Mobilization Act – LL97, 96, 95, 94/92, LL87, LL84/133) and has been featured on panels with the Department of Buildings (DOB) and Mayor’s Office officials discussing Local Law 97 (Carbon Emissions Limits) and sustainable NYC infrastructure development.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in sustainability studies, with a minor in business management, from Stony Brook University.
