Susan O'shea

Susan joined EBI in 2023 and brings over 30 years of experience in commercial and private equity leadership, finance, IT, legal, and contract and risk management.

As Chief Business Officer, Susan oversees EBI’s corporate functions, namely finance and accounting, human resources, IT and marketing. She also supports EBI's leadership team to strengthen and advance strategic business planning and operating practices across the organization.

Additionally, Susan serves as Chair of the Town of Wellesley Audit Committee, a volunteer position overseeing the examination of the town’s financial recordings and standards. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from DePaul University. She is based out of EBI's Burlington headquarters.
