Thomas Lacroix

Thomas LaCroix is a Senior Field Engineer within EBI Consulting's Agency Due Diligence team since September 2019, specializing in FHA/HUD and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae services. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a HUD Project Capital Needs & Environmental Assessor at NV5 (formerly Bock & Clark) from April 2014 to August 2019, with responsibilities that included project management and environmental assessments. Thomas began the professional journey as an Environmental Studies Intern and progressed through roles such as Environmental Technician and Project Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Banquet Server, Bartender, and Houseman at The Ocean House from September 2013 to August 2014. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 2012 and 2016, after graduating from Cumberland High School in 2012.
