Tracey Robinson McIpd

Tracey Robinson, MCIPD, MBA, currently serves as the Interim Head of HR at Envirogen Group since November 2024. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles from June 2022 to June 2024, Tracey has demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations, organizational restructuring, and HRIS implementation across multiple sectors including public service and telecommunications. Prior positions include Chief People Officer at Jurassic Fibre, HR Director at Tructyre, and Interim Head of HR Services at Yeo Valley Farms. Tracey's educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire, an MSc in Human Resource Development from the University of Wolverhampton, and an MA in Management & Organisational Learning from Lancaster University.
