Alison Bennett

Alison Bennett (CIPD) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Interim Head of HR Business Partnering at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team since July 2020, Alison oversees the HR Business Partnering team. Prior roles include Lead HR Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner within the same team, focusing on technical operations and applied science. Previously, at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Alison was an HR Manager responsible for people matters and culture development, and a Senior HR Advisor where contributions led to recognition for improving gender equality. Additional experience includes positions at Monsoon Accessorize and Hays, where expertise in various HR functions and recruitment was demonstrated. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from Bournemouth University and has completed further education at the University of West London.
