Douglas Frazier

Douglas Frazier serves as the CEO of Expo Power Systems dba EnviroGuard and has held this position since August 1993. Frazier also operates as the CEO/President of Enviroguard, a company specializing in Global Compliance Solutions, since January 1993. Their expertise includes strategic planning for the standby power industry, focusing on environmental health and safety training programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Frazier oversees application engineers for DC power installations and has developed essential relationships with major telecommunications companies, including AT&T and Verizon. Earlier roles at EnviroGuard included responsibilities in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and product development, with a strong emphasis on six sigma manufacturing processes. Frazier graduated from Cupertino High School and pursued studies at DeAnza and Mission College, gaining multiple certifications in the power industry along with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
