Bonny Lawrence

Bonny Lawrence has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bonny currently holds the role of Chief Advisor at Environment Southland since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Strategic Programmes Manager from July 2021 to December 2022, and as the Programme Manager - People, Water and Land from November 2017 to July 2021, both at Environment Southland.

Bonny also has experience working at Genesis Energy, where they served as the Environmental Manager from March 2010 to October 2017, and as the Environmental Coordinator from February 2002 to February 2010. Bonny'searlier career includes a role as a Customer Service Consultant at the Department of Transport, Western Australia from March 2001 to November 2001.

Bonny Lawrence attended the University of Otago from 1992 to 1998, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Geography.
