Atley Deer

Atley has over 10 years of utility industry experience as a former lineman and transmission control center operator at Indianapolis Power and Light prior to Joining ECI in 2015. While with ECI, Atley has led Project Management efforts, and his current role is leading ECI’s team of Business Development Managers that are bringing innovation and collaborative relationships to our utility partners. With experience in both Transmission and Distribution, Atley brings experience in Line Construction and Maintenance, which has provided a unique insight into the impact of vegetation on utilities and the ability to safely operate its electrical systems. Atley received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from IU’s Kelley School of Business and has graduate degrees in Accounting and Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University.
