Prior to this role, J. Ryan Hauser held the position of Assistant General Manager at Menards from January 2006 to February 2012, where skills in operations and team leadership were developed. J. Ryan Hauser obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completing the program between 1999 and 2003.
