Avery Broughton

Avery Broughton is currently an intern at E2 since June 2023 and has been an undergraduate student at the University of Notre Dame since August 2020, where notable leadership roles include Welcome Weekend Co-Captain and Director of Sustainability for the Student Government. Broughton has contributed to various sustainability initiatives and events, collaborated with the City of South Bend during an internship with the Center for Civic Innovation, and has experience in environmental education through positions like Art Assistant at the Schuylkill Center. Previous internships include roles with Citizens' Climate Lobby and the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, showcasing strong skills in community engagement, project coordination, and environmental advocacy. Broughton completed high school education at Girard Academic Music Program from 2016 to 2020.
