Regina Harlig

Regina Harlig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biodiversity, communications, and capacity building within the environmental sector. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Associate in the Biodiversity Portfolio at Environmental Incentives, LLC since April 2017, Regina has developed communications products and managed knowledge for various conservation initiatives, including work with the USAID Office of Forestry and Biodiversity. Previous roles include Communications Consultant for the Adaptation Fund and Sustainable CT Fellow at the Capitol Region Council of Governments. Regina's earlier career includes significant contributions at Conservation International, where leadership in capacity building and communications facilitated engagement with indigenous communities on environmental issues. An educational background encompasses a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment, a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Syracuse University, along with an international experience in France.
