David Roche

David Roche is a legal professional with a background in environmental law and policy. As a Staff Attorney and Public Interest Law Fellow at the Environmental Law Institute, David has focused on advocating for environmental justice. In the role of Chief Regulatory Officer at BaseTrace, David has contributed to regulatory matters within the environmental sector. David's experience includes serving as a Summer Law Clerk at Earthjustice and a Student Attorney at the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Clinic, as well as a Legal Intern at the Environmental Defense Fund. David holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Master's Degree in Environmental Science from the Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment, both completed between 2010 and 2013.
