Julie Gibbs-Alley

Ms. Gibbs-Alley has served as an Environmental Professional at Environmental Operations, Inc. since 2008 and has earned the title of Program Manager. she is currently responsible for the management of Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related scopes of environmental due diligence as well as compliance services which include permitting, planning and regulatory reporting. Ms. Gibbs-Alley has completed or overseen the completion of more than 2,000 Phase 1 Assessments, Preliminary Assessments, Transaction Screens, and other environmental investigations on properties located throughout the United States. Ms. Gibbs-Alley specializes in the analysis of environmental issues affecting properties in accordance with ASTM standards for conducting environmental site assessments and the design and management of Phase 2 sampling and analysis projects based on Phase 1 findings to qualify potential contaminants and to quantify the vertical and lateral extent of contamination. Recent projects conducted under her oversight include evaluation of multi-family, industrial, commercial, and institutional properties across the county.
