Matt Francis

Matt Francis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental management and remediation. Currently serving as the Vice President of the Western Division at Environmental Restoration LLC since February 2005, Matt oversees project planning, execution, and budgeting for various remediation projects across multiple states. Prior to this role, Matt held positions at Jacobs Engineering, where expertise in environmental compliance was provided for complex remediation efforts, and at Belfor Restoration Group, where business development and project management were key responsibilities. With a foundational career at Riedel Environmental and TechLaw, Inc., Matt has developed a strong background in emergency response, regulatory compliance, and software systems support for environmental initiatives. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Purdue University.
