Liza Ryan

Liza Ryan has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental science and biology. Liza began their career in 2000 as an Associate at ENVIRON, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Associate at Industrial Economics. In 2005, Liza joined Garcia & Associates as a Biologist and stayed there until 2007. Liza then worked at WRA as a Wildlife Biologist from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they gained experience in conducting wildlife surveys and management. From 2012 to 2017, Liza worked at EMPSi as a Biologist/Environmental Planner, focusing on writing biological resource sections for large-scale federal projects and conducting environmental assessments. Currently, they are working as a Senior Wildlife Biologist at Environmental Science Associates, where they are involved in conducting wildlife research and assessments.

Liza Ryan's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Yale University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Liza then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Environmental Health Science from the University of California, Berkeley, spanning from 1997 to 1999. Following this degree, Liza continued their studies at the University of California, Davis, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Ecology from 2003 to 2005.
