Pam Xander

Pam Xander has over thirty years of consulting experience in environmental project management and environmental permitting. Pam has worked for various companies throughout their career. From 1992 to 1993, they served as a Senior Associate at Ficklin Environmental Services, where they provided project management and environmental regulatory and permit review. From 1996 to 2014, they were the President of Xander & Associates, where they continued to specialize in environmental project management and permitting. In 2012, they joined SoundEarth Strategies, Inc. as a Principal, where they worked until 2017. Since 2018, they have been working at Environmental Science Associates as the NW Director of Community Development and as a Principal Associate, where they have managed marine, aviation, industrial, and development projects, and has prepared applications for environmental regulatory permits and reviewed biological opinions.
