Ciara Lilly is the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Environmental Service Systems. Ciara has over 15 years of experience in the environmental and janitorial services industry. Ciara has held various leadership positions with Diversified Maintenance, The Cleaning Network, and Environmental Service Systems, LLC. Ciara is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Ciara Lilly has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Jack Welch Management Institute in Business Administration and Management, General. Ciara also has a Bachelor's degree in English/Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in English from Gardner-Webb University.
