Joshua Jones

Joshua Jones is currently working as an IT Operations Analyst II at Environmental Solutions Group. Prior to this role, Joshua held positions such as IT Support Engineer at Amazon and Technical Support Engineer at EPB. With a background in data analysis and technical support, Joshua has experience in managing network infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and providing IT support to a diverse range of customers and employees. Joshua is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Western Governors University.
