Rebecca Dye

Rebecca Dye is a seasoned professional in environmental compliance and project management, currently serving as Senior Compliance Project Manager at Environmental Works, Inc. since December 2020. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Compliance Project Manager at Cimarex Energy from April 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading environmental programs for oil and gas production and mid-stream facilities across multiple states. Early career experience includes serving as an Environmental Health Safety Technician and an EHS Intern, demonstrating strong skills in managing high-stress situations and effective communication. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University, along with an Associate's Degree in Biology from Tulsa Community College.
